I fucking hate my job. yesterday i came in 30 min late, the same time i come in everyday. i stay everyday till about 6. then my boss said i have to call when im late (which i do when im gonna be significantly late). so i said to her that i thought 930 was an acceptable time to come in based on seeing her come in at that time EVERY DAY. she told me my response was inappropriate and that its procedure to call and if i had anything further to discuss i should see her personally. i didnt. today she was 20 min late without calling.
